James J. Ramos was admitted to the California Bar in 2007. Since then, he has focused primarily on real estate litigation and related areas of law. Mr. Ramos’ professional expertise includes lender and servicer liability defense, complex title disputes, and all other areas which touch on or relate to real property rights. He is also well versed on both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s side with respect to general litigation.

Mr. Ramos graduated from the University of Chapman School of Law, where he served as the secretary of the Land and Resources Committee and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Commercial Leasing. While at Chapman, Mr. Ramos also had the privilege of serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge James N. Barr.
