Joan C. Spaeder-Younkin is a senior trial attorney with the Firm. Since 1997, Ms. Spaeder-Younkin has focused her legal career on consumer credit, business and real estate litigation, representing a variety of clients in a wide range of matters involving mortgage banking, loan servicing, foreclosure trustee defense, general business and real estate, bankruptcy and evictions in federal and state courts. As a seasoned litigator, she provides clients with efficient case management, guidance through the complexities of litigation, and creative solutions, while addressing the unique needs of each client. Joan has authored various industry periodicals and has briefed and argued a variety of real estate issues with the California Court of Appeal.

Ms. Spaeder-Younkin is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of California, including all of the U.S. District Courts within the State of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Spaeder-Younkin is an active participant of CREW-Orange County, California Mortgage Association (CMA), Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), and a member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee for the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA).
