Kristina M. Pelletier joined Wright, Finlay & Zak immediately after passing the bar in December of 2011. Prior to joining Wright, Finlay & Zak, Ms. Pelletier interned with the Department of Justice at the Office of the Solicitor General, and worked as an in-house counsel law clerk for a Fortune 500 property and casualty insurance company. Ms. Pelletier focuses primarily on mortgage banking litigation. Ms. Pelletier is admitted to practice in the California State Courts, all of the U.S. District Courts within the State of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Pelletier is located in Northern California and can handle all litigation matters filed in that part of the state.
